Wehave shares available for our Heritage Hogs! Our hogs this season will be a cross between Yorkshire & Hampshire hogs. This is a great heritage combination, allowing us to grow out our hogs more efficiently while not sacrificing the beautiful marbling and flavor of a true forest raised heritage hog breed. Our pigs are fed the highest quality organic, soy-free/ corn-free feed, making them a nutrient dense superfood! We do not use antibiotics, hormones or anything outside of diligent pasture management and rotational grazing to raise the healthiest pigs.
This hog share will provide your family with fractional ownership of one of our hogs, set for harvest April/May 2025. We currently are selling 1/2 hog shares or whole shares.
$400 is your deposit on the 1/2 pig share- with remaining payment due when final weight is determined: 1/2 Hog averages 80-100lbs.

*Butchery on Farm includes learning about each cut of the hog as we break it down together. I will also teach you curing for your bacon and hams, sausage grinding & making. You will be able to customize your cuts to your families’ likings and truly learn how to cook nose to tail. We will then wrap all cuts in waxed freezer butcher paper.

Premium Cuts: We will work with you to make sure you get the sizes and styles of cuts your family enjoys! You will always receive sausage, pork belly (uncured), thick bone in chops, and plenty of roasts, tenderloins, and hams.
